Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. We are committed to our customers' satisfaction and offer a return policy as follows:

Return Period:

We have a 7-day returns for exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but you can exchange the item for another product of the same value.

Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team via email at info@moongill.us  with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@moongill.us.

Processing Time:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be shipped to you within a certain number of days.

Please note:

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.
